Creative Release

I added a menu to assign blocks to the hotbar, it is very rough and will require changes in the future but at least it is better than scrolling through 100 blocks ^^

I don't know when / if i will continue to work on the project but it's time to release it anyway, i think it can already be fun to explore / play with.
